Our company is based in Russia, and our software programs are used all over the world. As it might be day in your country and deep night here in Russia, we do not offer support via telephone. We understand that many people are more comfortable with phone support but it's s simple resource problem we are quiet small operation and telephone technical support is simply too staff-intensive to be practical.
